What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath During Post Partum?

on labor day I experienced what I thought was the flu. by that Saturday I was so exhausted I went to the er. tested neg for flu and mono. lft was pretty elevated a 650. gallbladder ultrasound was fine. had to find a primary care physician due to lft. explained my extreme fatigue shortness of breath with minimal exertion, foggy head, lack of concentration. increased need for sleep and increase in appetite. have been treated for depression, up to 200mg daily Zoloft, ineffective. amatryptine 75 caused me to sleep 20 hrs a day. gluten free diet no changes, I need my life back. I can hardly care for my children. im 40, female, 5 4 and 191lbs. started at 160lbs on labor day.
