What Causes Extreme Foul Smelling Flatulence With History Of Having UTI?

my farts over the last year have started to smell just like an open sewer. I have a history of chronic utis and radiation treatment for endometrial cancer. i have taken a lot of antibiotics lately. i think it is some of my gut flora has been depleted. what do you think?
