What Causes Extreme Headaches Along With Elevated Resting Heart Rate?

Hi ive been having extreme headaches ,highblood pressure at rest 103 bpm, white thrushy tongue, fever 103○f and i have been in and out of the hospital this past week but they dont tell me what it is they have done step throat tests flu and it comes back normal....maybe you can help me
