What Causes Extreme Inner Ear Itchiness And Dizziness?

My inner ear iches all the time I suffer from extream vertigo and feel dizzy all of the time as well. I pick at my ears so much that they bleed and my ear drum gets blocked solid to where I feel it and have problems hearing I go to a ENT this week what should I expect?
