What Causes Extreme Jaw Pain Along With Severe Cough?

Greetings: I have extreme jaw pain only on the first bite....some liquids also aggravate this pain....it s only on the right side of my face.....I do have overactive vagus nerves with a violent cough at times....this reaction also occurs when cleaning out my right ear.....it seems the first bite syndrome is becoming more painful as time goes on......I do see a dentist regularly but haven t been to one since this problem started.....
