What Causes Extreme Lethargy After Eating?

my husband has a disorder that the dr. cannot find the solution, all of his labs are fine the symptons are ; acts like he is drunk,has the shakes,wants to eat when he feels like this,very sleepy;can not comprehend any thing sleeps all day. this does not happen all the time.his blood sugars are normal
