What Causes Extreme Muscle Fatigue In Thighs And Legs?

I have had slightly elevated eosinophil count, monocyte count and had a ferritin level of 6 recently. I have also had a slightly decreased Hgb and Hct all for the last four years. I had Reglan and fenergen administered two years ago with a reaction of thrashing about uncontrollable in recovery for ninety minutes. Since then I have thrashed about every night and have extreme muscle fatigue in my thighs and neck. I am a 64 yr old diabetic. I also used colchicine and atorvastatin together daily for the last year. Help! Is rhabdomyelysis a possibility?
