What Causes Extreme Swelling In Vagina With Spotting Of Blood?

I suddenly woke up a few minutes ago, and decided to go use the restroom when I noticed that my vaginal area is extremely swollen, with unbearable pain, and is spotting blood from an unknown area. I'm worried that something is seriously wrong, should I go to the ER?
