What Causes Extreme Tiredness Along With Weakness And Headache?

I have been feeling extremely tired for at least a month no energy, headaches and hv noticed a change in my vision as well. I work on a computer everyday so that could be the reason for that. But recently I had a conversation with a co worker about how I was feeling and she brought up diabetes. I hadn't thought about it until I started searching symptoms. One of the things held my attention is slow healing. About 2 yrs ago I had a twisted ovary and had to have treatment. The incision where the scope was inserted has nvr really healed and still has a scab. Also I have a couple oId bruises that occurred about 5 months ago on my legs. I know I probably should hv brought this up to my physician but honestly didn't think anything about it until recently. I am nearing menopause so figured it might be the cause.
