Dear doctor, I had a one time encounter with a sex worker in congo, the very next day my right testicle swolled up and I had general discomfort in my lower right back and lower right groin area, this feeling slowly left in a few weeks, this was followed with extreme weakness, I had a hiv combo test on the 35th day after exposure and a complete sti checkup, all negative, I was relieved, but I still feel extremely weak at times and also have elevated body temperature, my lower left back still has a dull pain, I visited a sex diseases expert thrice and he told that it was just anxiety and I had nothing to worry. I still feel some symptoms after 7 months of the encounter. Is a 45 day HIV duo test (P. 24 antigen plus hiv antibody test) conclusive , or maybe I am suffering from some other illness, please advise anxiety is killing me
