What Causes Extremely Cold Upper Arms At Night?

Hi Sometimes at nighttime my upper body or more usually one or two arms feel very very cold. No amount of blankets or heated overblanket helps - I do actually find that a hot bath will help. The arm gets so cold it hurts. I am being treated for RLS and wonder if the cold arm is related to that as I do sometimes get restlessness in my arms too.
