What Causes Eye Fatigue, Pain In The Head And Back?

I have burning eyes, pain in the back of my head and severe neck and shoulder pain. I am not sure if this is tension headache or migraine headache. I feel like just closing my eyes (away from bright light), however my headache does not go away for a long time.
