What Causes Eye Floaters Along With Headaches And Imbalance Of Body?

This past week I have experienced several things .First last Saturday I felt like I was walking sideways for a little while. Then on MOnday I started seeing spots before my eyes and a bad headache it took 8 tablets to make it stop. Then today all of a sudden I ve seen spots before my eyes and blurred vision Is this just headaches? I m 62 years old ,take no medication, female?
