What Causes Eye Floaters In Vision And Swelling?

i see 'floaters' long strings which look like amino acid strings floating upwards in my vision. large swollen vein on eye raised up so when my lid closes and opens i can feel the vien. my eyes seem to be swollen -entire socket swollen, all veins very red.
The air makes my eyes hurt as well
