What Causes Eye Pressure And Sleeplessness After Inserting A Foley?

I am a 33 year old female, 5 7 , 200 pounds and 6 days post hysterectomy. 4 days post hysterectomy a foley was inserted in the ER due to urine retention and is still in place. I now can t sleep, feel sick, and my eyes feel like they are going to explode. Is the weird feeling in my eyes related to my other issues. p.s. - My blood pressure is consistently in the 110/60 range.
