What Causes Eye Twitching, Neck Pain And Arm Ache?

I am having neck ache, arm ache on the right side. Also Right eye twitching, slight pain in right eye..what is this exactly? the last time I had neck pain , it was diagnosed as neck spasm and doctor said there is no need of an MRI. Xray of the neck was taken too to rule out other factors.
