What Causes Eyebrow Line Pain With A Mild Headache After Flying?

Whats the cause of the needle like pain along eyebrows when descending on an aircraft. Leaves me with a mild headache which usually goes soon after landing. Have flown hundreds of times, this has only happened on last two flights. Oddly enough since having botox injections around eye area. Any connection? Thanks
