What Causes Face Itching, Redness, Lumps And Rash After Threading?

Hi,I am 33year old female,I threaded my face for the first time,when I left the salon my face was a bit itchy and red with no inflammation,but I came home and washed my face with neutogena face wash,and now I hve big red bumps and a rash,will this go away.
