What Causes Face Numbness And Nerve Pain While Having Transverse Myelitis?

Hi I am 41 and have Transverse Myelitis (sister condition of MS) I have 2 lesions in my spinal cord C1 and T8 and T11. I get numbness, tingling, nerve pain and fatigue. Today I ve got right side of face numbness and into my right ear. Do you think this is related or could it be something totally unrelated? Thanks.
