What Causes Facial Droop,speech Impairment And Swelling Of Ankles And Joints?

my 37 yo wife has been having stroke like symptoms for the past few yrs and nobody can find out what wrong with her her face will droop l eye will close speech impairment also she has swelling of her lower limps feet ankles legs and aching joints she has been tested for ana, lupus lyme disease has had mri ct x rays labs but to no avail can someone please help thanks,doug morris
