What Causes Facial Flushing,eye Watering And Runny Nose After Alcohol Consumption?

Hello,At random times throughout the day my face flushes. I have also noticed that when I consume alcohol it flushes straight after along with watery eyes and a runny nose. I am aware that this could be an intolerance to alcohol. However I am wondering what the facial flushing could be when I do not consume alcohol? Thank you.
