What Causes Facial Infection Along With Scars?

I have a facial infection that is healing now. My face has 4 scars in which 1 is not fully healed. I sent pictures and dr Hardin pitroda replied to send more pictures. I was in the process to send more pitpctures but he closed the case yesterday. I feel ripped of for 18 dollars because I never received an answer. Again I am healing now and I am using anti bacterial soap. I do not know cases the sores and I seeking an answr
