What Causes Facial Lesions, Liver Pain, Swollen Ankles, Fatigue And Blurred Vision?

I feel like something is wrong....haven't gone to a dr. yet....
symptoms I have been having:
Facial lesions-round...very red...bleed heavily if disturbed...ooze clear liquid....have little white plugs inside...hard to remove...won't heal....(I know I should not pick them but can't help it....underneath is a hole with very hard crusty tissue inside...very painful)
Liver pain
swollen ankles & feet
Watery eyes...blurred vision
fatigue
Had the lesions on & off for over a year...thought it was stress at first...
got the other symptoms the past month or so.
afraid i have cancer...
