What Causes Facial "sound" With Cartilage Movement Sensations?

hi i have a problem with my noze. nearly a year ago i went to resturent and stand facing the oven then suddenly i felt like my face is hot and i went near the ac to cool it. later i felt like not feeling my nose as if it is detached from the face. afew months later this feeling disaper but now i feel like some sound is coming from the face when i kneel down for the prayer something like cartlige fllick or moving.
