What Causes Facial Redness With Warmness?

Yes, I 'm over my menapause, I think, but, since I have gone back to work as a seasonal in a stressful place, my face gets red, and I feel an overwhelming warmness in my face, I'm going to go to a dr. but not right now, I'm just wondering if you could help me with some type of answer,could it be the stress around me at work.....
