What Causes Facial Swelling, Rash From Face To Neck And Joint Aches?

i have facial swelling, a rash around the lower part of my face and down to my neck, i have muscle and joint aches, i have also vomitted 3 time this morning all time blood was the only thing that came up (maybe from all of the heaving) do you have any idea what i have or might have ??
