What Causes Fainting After Stitches Removed?

Hi, Last night...I was sitting on the bathroom counter cross legged watching my dad take my stitches out....he had taken them out and was walking out of the room...i leaned forward across the sink and said i dont feel good...then i passed out and fell of the counter onto the tile floor....what would your suggest me to do?
