What Causes Fainting Spell And Nausea During Headache?

My mom sometimes faints for about 5 seconds, she suffers from migraines... But recently she was at work and she got a severe headache, had the sensation of throwing up and she said she felt some tension on her neck and i wanted to know if these are some symptoms of something threatening?
