What Causes False Positive Urine Test Result For Marijuana?

I know a young man who does NOT smoke or otherwise ingest marijuana yet just tested positive on a workplace related urine test. They tested the same sample again and it came up positive again. I don t know the sensitivity of the test. What can he do? This could ruin his entire career choice path, and he did NOT do it. Please help.
