What Causes Fat Deposition In Thighs/waist With Reduction In Sex Drive?

hello sir ..i m 29 year old man, my problem is sexual. from my childhood i could see more fat deposition on my thighs & waist like a woman..now my hair growth & beard is also less. i always had few muscles..& i feel less energetic for a normal man my sex drive is also becoming reduced.i very easily put up weight & my thighs are very fatty..is it hormonal problem..kindly advice
