What Causes Fatigue Along With Body Pain And Shivering?

After a cold sore throat with no cough, I have some strange continuing symptons. Extremely tired pain throughout my body neck,face,head,shoulders,back,ankles,eyes. and shivering, this has been on going for the last 3 weeks and I cannot shake this off.
