What Causes Fatigue Along With Elevated Liver Enzymes?

My husband has extreme fatigue; he gets up for maybe 20 to 30 min. and has to go back to bed. He has been to the doctor and had blood work done. They say his liver enzymes are up and the calcium reading was a concern. He is scheduled for a body scan. He is 66 yrs. old and had a hip replacement surgery in Nov./2014. He recuperated well and went back to work. He then caught a virus and went to the doctor; he was given antibiotics for a sinus infection. The sinus infection has cleared, but he is coughing and we thought he might have pneumonia. He had a chest exray, which was also clear. What are your thoughts?
