What Causes Fatigue And Discomfort Abdomen Post Hysterectomy?

Greetings, I had a hysterectomy in November 2014. I am 49 years old and I am not feeling too well. Very fatigue and some discomfort in the abdomen. Had issues with my iron levels before and even after. I have an overall sense of being unwell. I had an obstructed bladder discovered during my procedure. Surgery performed to correct it. My core and legs feel weak. Is this a normal part of the healing process? Please advise. Thank you.p
