What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Weight Gain After Thyroid Removal?

I had my thyroid removed because of large nodules in August of 2014, they have been working on my medication levels, I currently and on a dosage of 125, my last blood test said my tsh is at .08. I am still very fatigued and achy. I have also gained weight. Should my dose go up or down?
