What Causes Fatigue And Exhaustion While Having Low Thyroid And Fibromyalgia?

Hi have had very low thyroid readings for the last 3 years in spite of medication and have also recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, is there any way to differentiate which is having a greater effect on my fatigue and exhaustion and ways to improve this???
