What Causes Fatigue And Prolonged Tiredness Post An Impetigo?

im a 30 year old female and recently ben treated for imphetigo im very fatigue and tired alll the time ive never had a problem like this before i work in a nursing home setting and i feel as if another employee did something very wrong for me to get sick can u injest anything through food or drinks that could cause u to also get this virus ive been there five years and always use precautions never had i not used gloves on any patients i cant eat i have no appetite and im very very tired ans weak
