What Causes Fatigue And Tiredness With An Elevated ESR?

I am a 43 years old woman with an ESR level on 50 , CRP < 8, ferritin level on 4 and I am very tired, exhausted , fatigue. One year ago I had also a ferritin level on 1, iron level on 4, 2 ; Tibc 98 and a Hb level on 10,3. I started to take iron tbl. but it looks that is not helping very much. I did some checking concerning a possible internal bleeding but everything came out negative. Now it seems that in addition the ESR is starting to elevate. What is all about?
