What Causes Fatigue, Body Aches And Anxiety?

I have not been feeling well for a couple months now. I have been in and out of the walk in clinic, emergency room, and my own dr. and they find nothing. i ve had all sorts of blood tests done and other tests, like chest X-ray, EKG, wore a holter monitor, stress test/ultrasound, CT scan, and nothing. a cpl months ago I was out with friends at a bar and i felt like my heart was beating weird then i got really weak. since then, i haven t felt right. I ve had really bad fatigue all the time, body aches, heart feels like it beats weird, sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures, waking up at night sweating, trembling, achy. more recently over last col weeks, headaches, neck aches, back and upper body pain and soreness, chest pains from time to time, dry mouth, feel like i can t take refreshing breathes or feel refreshed after exercise or sleep. my dr put me on zoloft end of december and i was on that 5 days and felt weird one day then woke up two nights in a row sweating and trembling, and felt really weak and tired and not right. i haven t taken zoloft since. i woke up about 3 weeks ago again, after playing basketball that night, and was sweating and trembling and achy. just last night, i woke up again feeling like heart was racing and i was out of breath or panicking and really shaking/trembling again. I ve been told i have anxiety issues before but I ve never had these symptoms and i feel like i have nothing different in my life to be worried about plus I was exercising a lot and eating better over the last few months so this doesn t make sense to me. i used to chew tobacco for around 8 yrs and quite that about 2 months ago, but i had my first symptoms before i quit chewing. also haven t been drinking any caffeinated pop and even cut out green tea because of the caffeine now. so no caffeine. i really need some answers here and an outside perspective. my ct scan was normal and now I m meeting with a sleep doctor today. if this also checks out fine today then the next step is to maybe see a cardiologist for one last check on the heart even though they say it is fine, then if that checks out back to square on and trying anxiety meds. the constant fatigue, body aches, and constantly thinking about what could be causing this in me, is taking its toll and I m a 32 yr old, non smoking, active/healthy male. Please help!
