What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Tingling Feet?

yes I have been rather tired, headaches and dizziness, blurry vision and forgetting where I am just for a moment. My blood count is high but my sugar count is normal. I have had the tingle in my feet, of and on. can you tell me what could be causing this. thankyou casey kraun
