What Causes Fatigue, Headache And Swelling Between Adam S Apple And Chin?

I had a bad sinus infection about 4 weeks ago and took antibiotics. I got somewhat better but not fully. Since then I have been very fatigued and when I get tired my throat and ears hurt and I get a headache. This past week I noticed that my neck between my adam s apple and chin has swelling that sometimes goes away.
