What Causes Fatigue, Lethargy And Hot Flashes?

yes, i am not sure what type of dr i need to go to..i am very tired all the time, i have no energy, i have gone thru menopause already i am 58..i stil get hot flashes not as often as i use to but i still get them. it is very difficult for meto lose weight. is it my hormone levels. i am on the most part a very upbeat person. but this is dragging me down
