What Causes Fatigue, Nausea And Delayed Menstruation 3 Years After IUD Implant?

heyy, ive had the impant for nearly 3 years, it gets taken out at the end of this month, but the past 2 weeks ive been feeling like ive got a strong period about to start, but it hasnt. ive become extremly tired, headaches, cramps feeling sick etc. I was wondering if the implant can start to fade or if anything can effect it?
