What Causes Fatigue, Nausea, Decreased Appetite And Tenderness Around Diaphragm?

Three days ago I had nausia, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and other stomach flu symptoms. Now three days later I still feel fatigued, very little appetite, and a tenderness around my diaphragm area. Is this normal part of the process. Maybe dehydration?
