What Causes Fatigue, Painful Body And Sore Spots On Body Post Treatment For Sinus Infection?

I have been ill for over two weeks & even spent time in the hospital They told me I have a sinus & ear infection. They had me on steroids & an anti biotic but each time I take the antibiotic I get sicker. I am down to 2 1/2 of amox/k clav 875-125 tab Sandoz. Is it possible this is making me so sick. I am hot, no fever, tired to the point I sleep 20 hrs a day & I have painful sore spots all over my body, headache, neck ache & back ache, & open sores all over the top of my lip & no appetite.
