What Causes Fatigue, Sleepiness And Hair Fall?

Hi,I am a patient recognised with eczema 10 years ago.I have been using diprovate-n cream when the condition was severe.Of late,i found that i was hypothyroidic.I am also having genetic anemia.Is the thyroid condition due to use of the corticosteroid cream.I have symptoms like thorough and intermittent fatigue,sleepiness,hair fall and quite recently my otherwise regular periods are getting late or extended.Kindly advise.
