What Causes Fatigue, Stiffness In Joints And Lower Back Pain?

I have extreme fatigue, joint stiffness, headaches, lower back pain,skin rashes on arms and hands occasionaly. I had a antibody tests done, everything was negative with the exception of the anti ds antibody which was range 0-4 and was a 6. I had a 24 hr urine test done and it the creatine clearance test was abnormal at 186. I had a hysterectomy done a year and a half ago and Dr said I had excessive pelvic fibrosis which was tested for endometriosis and was negative. In short she said everything was stuck together. With the dna ds antibody not being completely positive is it still possible let that this is lupus? Could this be a conective tissue disease ?
