What Causes Fatigue While On Medication For Congenital Hydrocephalus ?

I have put on 12 in a month! Am not pregnant, have started some new meds including blood pressure tablet but nothing else in my lifestyle has changed. My iron level is fine but I am extremely tired all the time. I also have congenital hydrocephalus and am on various meds to control that.
