What Causes Fatigue,bruises On Finger And Night Sweats?

Just wondering what is wrong with me, I feel very tired all the time even though I'm sleeping around 9 hours every night I can't go all day without falling asleep for about an hour,y pulse rate is fast and I feel nauseated a lot of the time, my feet swell by te end of the day and I have moderate spleen pain, I also get headaches frequently and my lymph glands come up and go down within days every now and then. I got a spontaneous bruise on my finger for no reason that went away in about 32 hours, I also feel a bit light headed and can't stand up for too long or I get dizzy and feel a bit vague, I am very forgetful also, I also get cold sweats and night sweats
