What Causes Fatigue,diarrhea,dizziness And Muscle Weakness?

Hi, may Iplease help im a 21 year old female who is in depress need for help regarding my problem i have been suffeirng from a number of syptoms for the pass couple of months now and it is seemed to be getting worst. syptoms include

diaherrea, extreme tiredeneess, fatigue, headache/ migriane with aura, dizzeneess especially in the mornings when get up, nausea, light headness, dry and sore throat, muscle weakness especially in my right hand side of body, cold and unwell symptoms, shaking in the right hand, aniexty, blurred vsison and lack of concentration. ive had a ct scan came back normal and some blood tests that came back normal.pleas ehelp as its ruining my life and i cant even hold down a job because im so ill. also in themornings i dont get out of bed till gone 10am and i do not feel refresh and i have to go for a sleep come 3pm for bout 2 hours. this is not normal and i am really worried. answer your health queries right now ?
