What Causes Feel Of Lump In Throat And Bloated Stomach With History Of GERD?

I am taking Clindamycin HCl 300 mg three times daily. I believe I may have accidentally taken 4 doses today instead of 3 doses, because I do not have the correct number of pills remaining in my bottle. I feel okay, the only thing I have noticed today is that I feel like I have a lump in my throat and a feeling of fullness in my stomach. I have a history of GERD and a small hiatal hernia.
